Returns / Exchanges Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by after receiving your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return/ exchange, your item must be unused/ unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return/ exchange, we require a proof of purchase/ order number. To request your return or exchange, please email northernthreesixty@outlook.com with your request.
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
Items that are sent back to us without first requesting a return or submitting a request will not be accepted and your exchange/ refund will not be processed.
Please Note: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- Damages and issues -
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve this as soon as possible.
- Exchanges -
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item (different size/ style etc), send us an email at northernthreesixty@outlook.com.
Please Note: We may not have your exchange size/style in stock, this may cause delays in your return. You will be notified if this is the case.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- Refunds -
Refunds will not be given if customer has changed their mind on item or purchased the incorrect size. We will replace items if they are defective, damaged or the incorrect size was sent. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method you've used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5-10 business days for a refund to show up on your statements.
Please Note: It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
**We recommend trackable shipping when returning an item, as we are unable to track your returned items and can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item**
